well newbee on here but not in the world of training i suppose,
im 29 years old 5ft-6" and only 62kg-65kg and around 10-12% body fat (abs barley visable) 27-28" waist,37" chest.
ive been training for about 8 years on and off but only realy had a clue about propper form and neutrition for the last few years,i know im tiny and i expect im going to get flamed and told to just eat more but i honestly eat 6 clean meals a day when im training seriously but every time i realy go for it i seem to just hit a wall when i reach about 68kg no mater how much food i consume.
ive tryed most common suppliments and creatine does nothing for me,im not looking to get huge or even bulky to be honest as i train alot of mma and weight train only twice maybe 3 times a week and usualy just compound excercises like bench/military press,squats and deadlifts
im thinking of running a mild cycle of h-drol for 30 days @ 50mg a day with some liv52 then clomid and p.c.t assist for 2 weeks then just p.c.t assist for the last 2 weeks.
(im thinking of 50mg a day as im far smaller than most users?)
im aware there are far stronger compounds available but i dont want huge gains or any water retention im looking for some thing to just help put on a few lbs of lean muscle that i can still train mma once a twice a week with.
