i take 1animalpk,1krealkalyn,2omega 3-6-9 with breakfast. protien shake later. then 30-45 min before workout noexplode,2krealkalyn head to gym with extend mix to drink.after workout protein,small meal, later dinner then protein,then cassien and zma at bedtime. does this sound right,should i be taking krealkalyn after workout?i keep reading different things.im gona add animalflex soon for joints, any other suggestions on other supplements to add? thanks for feedback
