Advise needed : first bulking cycle

Hi everyone, the names Luren.

Quick background. Been gyming for the past 6 years, when I started I weighed 52kg and height 1.79m tall. I started training At gym with my buddies and have taken it very seriously the past 3 years, supplementing with mass gainer proteins and creatine mostly. To date, I have gained 21 kgs.

for the past year though, I have been struggling to make any further shattering progress and am looking to start a bulking steroid cycle. I have, this past year tried an anavar only cycle which helped to lose some body fat but not much else. I used 50mg ED for 7 weeks. And nolva pct for 3 weeks.

I have been researching cycles and stacks and specific steroids and side effects and PCTS for the past year as well but I would like some direct advise as I have not asked yet. I also do not want to influence anyone and would like honest feedback.

Here's some of my stats:
age: 25
weight: 73kgs
height: 1.79m

body fat: 12%
Arm: 34cm
waist: 77cm
thigh: 47cm
chest: 103cm

I have a nutritionist I have been seeing for the past couple of months and have a strict diet i follow which helped me drop from 19% to 12% body fat.
Pits basically 7 meals a day, 4000 calories everyday, mostly whey protein, chicken low of vegetables, sweet potato, tuna, eggs, oats, almonds, flaxseed oil, low gi brown bread, cottage cheese and then my post workout massgainer shake

supplements:
Local whey protein
Universal real gains
BCAAs
Glutamine powder

your advise and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If you need me to provide further information, just ask.
 
Test 1-12 600mg
dbol 1-4 30-50mg ed
simple effective and ull get good results. Props for doing your research bro not many do then they come on here wanting people to do everything for them
 
Id like to see what you are thinking cycle/pct wise. Put something out there and let people tweak it. You have done your homework - dont be afraid to put out what you are thinking and let people help you adjust as needed.
 
I guess the big question is are you willing to use needles, big scary needles
 
I agree with longworthb, except that starting at 600mg/week of test on your first cycle is prob over kill.

I believe you would grow substantially on 250mg/week. Especially on a virgin cycle.

Dbol kick start is great, but be sure to have a good AI on hand as dbol is known to produce gyno pretty easily. 30mg/day is efficient, no need to start at 50mg ED IMO

He will not "grow substantially" on 250mg EW......500mg EW of test is and has been what's recommended for first cycles....250 is pointless.
 
The fact that you're doing research puts you above 90% of noobs.
This is the proper way to go about it..
Your nutritionist most likely will have no idea how to help you when it comes to a bulking cycle.
Ask him anyway...he's a professional.
You're going to need to eat more...a lot more. They whey probably isn't going to be enough, you need real food.
Don't forget to take care of your liver and never start a cycle without having EVERYTHING in place including PCT.

Well my knee jerk is to recommend a basic test cycle.
I would also like to see you put your ideas out there though. Put together what you think you should do.

If your theory of more is better why dont we just recommend 1gram of test per week? With a dbol kickstart of 80mg ED and lets throw in some Tren just because

250mg is fine. Especially with the base he says he has, the dedication to diet, and workout ethic.

You can't be serious, recommending a dose equivalent to an HRT dose. 500 is the acceptable starting point. The Reason that you don't go to a gram is because you don't know how you respond to that dose you moron.

Bro, just look at all of the information given for new guys on their first cycle. 500 MG is always the recommended amount, your best games will come from your first cycle, which means don't waste it on a TRT dose.... But, to be honest I don't really care I'm done
