AI question on dosage (Arimidex)

Okay, I am starting to notice some tenderness on the tip of my nipples (not the areola and not under/behind it, just the tip of the nipple)(like grandma's wool sweater rubbing on my nipple all day raw LOL). I am going to start my AI now. How much should I use? Someone told me .05mg. Here is the problem, I have pills that are very tiny and 1mg. plus my scale only has a graduation of .1mg. How much should I take and how do I break it down if needed? here is a pic of the exact product I have.

I have the same pills, and I just got a pill cutter and cut them in half. Pretty much any drug store will have them.

I think you mean .5mg, not .05mg. You really should have started the AI on day one bro. Get some aromasin, if not...up the adex dose a bit.

I did not notice that, thanks Victor. .05 would be pretty tough. You'd have to slice that little pill up like a pizza. .5 works fine for me.

Just use a razor blade and cut them in half. It doesnt have to be perfect and will be very close. As was mentioned you should have started from day one. .5mgs EOD works fine for me but everyone is differant.
