every single person told me not to take my anadrol 50 decca 300 and test 250 cuase im to young so wut is another way i can gain some muscle and weight fast?

quality weight gain does not occure overnight. you have to count calories and eat a healthy, balanced diet.
 
Yep, no matter what you do there are limits to how fast you can pile it on. Either it is your lifestyle, or you are going to be dissapointed to the point of probably quitting.

Unless I am pulling in a lot of water I can manage about 1.5 pounds a week without my waist growing, at best.
 
one way i used...if you r still in school....bring a few peanut butter sandwiches on whole grain bread...i used to eat 3 between classes, then eat a large lunch...the high protein really helps alot..any one else liek this idea?
 
I dont remember peanut butter having a complete protein makeup on its own, but I do love PB&J, that is some mean weight gainer right there.
 
haha yea it is one hell of a good sandwich, but yea i tihnk in a school year i gained like 25 doing that and lifting...it helped me...and mudge, i thought peanuts were high in protein?

they are high in protien but they aren't a complete source

What you should try doing to using a journal, record everything u eat during the day and at what time it was at, along with the protein, calories, and carbs it contains and add it up before u go to bed. Its hard to do at the beginning but gets easier as you remember values of food. By doing this you can turn to the beginning of the week to see what u did wrong, or right if you gained size during that period of time. It also stops you from eating unhealthy. If u have trouble getting calories during the day i would suggest a weight gainer powder twice a day. Point to remember your protein should be around 1.5 grams per pound of body weight and never go longer then 3 hours before eating something, only eating large amounts when your hungary doesnt put weight on, you have eat even when u arent. Only the strong survive.

non-animal proteins are crap for muscle building. the BV of nuts suck at around 53. so say you use 4 tablespoons of PB in a sandwhich that's 400 cals with 16 grams of protein of which only 8 can be used for biological functions.
 
Try using predigested isolate protein powders, alot more gets used by the body.

That's a bit funny. I haven't liked PB&Js since I was a kid. In fact, I hadn't had one in over eight years (at least). Then I started bodybuilding. Then I developed a craving from them and now I can't get enough!

Strange.
 
PB&J jsut helped me bulk up really....im not sure how much of an effect it had on building muscle...i was also taking whey at the time for that....PB&J is jsut a good weight gainer
 
I dont even know if its a complete protein, I believe it depends on the bread. I only treated it as calories, I never count the protein of any non-meat or dairy source because I am just not educated on it. Beans/rice is a classic combo, but I still dont count that other than as calories :shrug:

Likewise it was just weight gainer for me, tasted good too, so it was really just junk food to me.
 
What about a Fluffernutter, that will put some quality mass on ya. The protein of peanut butter and the carbs of a marshmallow goo. :D
 
Fluff by itself is more incredible than a tren/anadrol cocktail stacked with nolva, plus it is time released so that the nolva doesn't become active until 12 weeks after consumption, making the use of nolva for PCT obsolete. :D
