Allergies

I have horrible allergies . Any one have any reccomendations as to what to take

I take 6 Tylenol sinus pills
4 Dayquil
Claritin
Sore throat spray
Nasal spray
Vicks vapo rub
Vapo inhaler

I'm still coughing and sneezing horribly

Seasonal allergies for this time of year or year round allergies?

I've been fighting off death .
Went through 7 epi pens , 6 anaphylaxis and 1 shock

It's year round but it's worse this time of year
