This is particularly meant for bench pressing, but i guess it goes with everything. Ive heard 6-10 reps are for size and stregnth, but some places say that 6-10 is for size, and 1-5 is for strength? So does that mean I can only raise my bench press by doing lower reps such as 3-5 instead of6-10?

Personally, I've always been more interested in bodybuilding, rather than powerlifting.

Why are you concerned with how much weight you can bench press? The reason I ask this is because young people confuse the amount of weight they can bench press with bodybuilding. There is very little correlation between the two!

Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true!

because i want to get strong. I guessing thats a powerlifter? Well then i think im in between a bodybuilder and a powerlifter. I want to big, but i also care about how much i lift. so are you saying to riase my bench press i would have to do lower reps?
