I went down to my local healthfood shop today to buy some natural PB but they were sold out!
Now the only PB I can find in the stores near my house all contain sugar, vegetable oil etc...
But what the healthfood shop did have was nut butters made from other nuts - almond butter, pistachio butter etc...
Should I go for the almond butter? Does it offer similar benefits to peanut butter? Or should I hold out & look harder for the PB?
