Always Feeling Hungry

Hi. I don't know why this is but recently I've always been feeling hungry. I eat good breakfast in the morning (6:20AM) Go to schoo, and dont eat anything until 1:00PM. By the time I get to my lunch period I feel as though I havent eaten anything in a week. I am not taking anything in terms of supplements or any of that.

I want to know if this is normal or not???:confused: :confused:
 
probably because you haven't eaten in 7 hours, especially after your first meal of the day. After I eat breakfast, I always get hungry much faster than compared to other meals.

Yeah, it is normal (unless you are eating a breakfast of a few thousand cals).

To fix - eat something 2-3 hrs after breakfast. ;)
 
What are you eating for breakfast?
I eat BF around 630, too. I'll eat again around 830 or 9. Any later and i'm starving. Bring a snack, protein bar, protein powder, tupperware of chicken/rice whathaveyou. 7 hours without eating is a long, long time.
 
Add some fat. Try adding more (good) fat in your breakfast meal. Something like peanut butter will take longer to digest and hold off the hunger a little longer. A handfull of almonds:lick: or some cheese peanut butter crackers goes a long way to stave off hunger. Stay away from sugar and caffeine. :finger: It'll satisfy only for a short while and then you'll crash and be even more hungry.
 
take something small to eat at school

Pack yourself a small fold-over sandwich filled with turkey or ham or tuna...
and eat it inbetween classes....
