To boot, I got a awesome cycle I can't wait to run and instead I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks and I'm feeling the built up tension from that. The gym is my therapy office and the weights are my therapist. I'm way over due for some sessions lol

Im gonna start doin 2 a days this week...I started taking my two oldest to the gym this weekend and they're gonna need a lot of work but are bucking to start lifting
I'll need the two a days just to keep my workout going. Upside is twice as much cardio for a bit.

hire a nanny or offer your babysitter a free trip if they come along and watch the kids for the day. I think carnival cruise is the best bang for the buck, drunk at the kids pool and pass out. just bring alot of good sunblock

I like Carnaval, they leave out of long beach which is close to me, and they are really cheap, its usually less than 200 a person in the winter, leave friday night and be back monday morning, or take the ferry to catalina island. You could always strangle a hooker and throw her overboard. They never seem to find missing people on cruise ships, no evidence
