i finally got my self to see how much i've been using, i thought i ate a lot, but i was wrong.
i only ate about 1200 calories a day.
do i need to lose weight?
im 18, 138 lbs, 5 feet 7. body fat is around 10-12%.
and i dun seem to be able to put any weight on. i can eat anything and I won't be able to put that much fat on.
btw, and im also asian, if that helps...
