Am I expecting too much too soon?

Am I expecting too much?
My first cycle so I am trying to make sure I have a realistic expectation of what to expect.



My cycle is
500ml of Test E for 10 weeks
12.5mg AI (aromasin) of ED was doing EOD but noticed some sensitivity and bloating and panicked lol so I upped it.


I am currently in week 4 (done 7 pins at 250ml) I have had 1 or 2 days where my heart rate raced and have had a little strength bump haven???t noticed much else. Due to the amount I have been eating my BF% has shot up so I am cutting all breads and pasta out of my diet until it comes back down.


I haven???t had any muscle growth and was trying to work out 6-7 days a week figuring that the gear would up the ability of my muscles rebuilding after a workout but have had to back off due to over working them. What I was really expecting was more of a Superman effect in that my muscles would not break down as fast. I have heard of people being able to do 2 a day workouts on gear and I am back to 3 days on 1 off or my muscles get too tired.



I have had zero size gain as of yet, other than about 9lbs of bf due to the calorie increase.
I maybe way of base but thought I would ask the experts.

Give it another week or two. I noticed my test e kicking in as little as 10 days but I'm just starting week 6 and it's slowly gotten stronger each week. Are you using human grade or ugl? You don't have to name the lab but I was just curious. Are you 100% positive the gear is real?
 
You're not going to notice anything until week 5 at least. ripped did because he was on dbol. Or tbol, whatever it was.
 
Yeah things should be really starting to kick in around now.

Still though, you should notice a little bit of something. Are you sure your gear is good to go ?

Sometimes AI's can hinder your gains, but your dose doesn't seem very high...
Are you eating enough protein ? I hope I don't have to ask this question....

I would say this week is when you will start noticing changes though bro. Good luck
 
Test E is a long ester you wont notice anything until week 4+

Post up your diet and workout just to be sure its ok.
 
Agreed, when i did my first Test cycle, i was actually weaker the first 2 weeks, b/c it was tapping out my natural test, then about week 5...BOOM! ended up putting on about 30lbs..hang in there
 
I really didn't notice alot until about week 6. Don't get frustrated. i know it sucks waiting and not knowing what your waiting for.. But here in a few weeks your goin to pick up some heavy weights, start curling, Arms are going to feel pumped to the point of popping, and yet the weight keeps commin up. I loved my first cycle. However i am now a fan of prop. It works fast and i feel like a straight beast in the gym.
 
AI's hinder gains.

then again, @ 500mL per week you should at least have gained a pound or two :)

I mix up my meals a lot in my diet but it goes something like this.
Meal 1, 1+ cup oat meal with raisons & nuts, a fruit
Meal 2, 3 eggs, a meat, toast or tortilla, vegetables
Meal 3, 1-2 cans of tuna, bread, vegetables
After workout protein drink and fruit
Meal 4 & meal 5: a white meat, rice or potato, vegetables



My body fat has shot up but it maybe because I got into my kids ice cream one to many times. It did hit me about a week ago for 2 days and I felt invincible but it went away. I am going to back down on the AI to EOD until I notice a difference.
 
Add protein to Meal 1

Need to rest homie. Muscles wont grow without rest.
6 days a week is too much iron.
 
9th pin and still no pump, I really feel nothing other than the nerve I hit in my right cheek this morning lol. Now I have a lump.
 
There's always the possibility that the stuff you got is under-dosed or worse - complete bunk. But definately give it a good six (6) weeks and you'll know if this is the case. With that being said, I would think you would have gained a few lbs by now though. Hmmmmm.

idk what your weight is but i eat that much in about 3 meals. if your gear is legit then its your diet every time. im 6'1 260lbs about 12-14% bf at the moment. add 1000-2000 good calories, lean meat, sweet potato, oats, olive oil or peanut butter per day for a week and weigh again.

Give it a little more time.

FYI - You're REALLY over training. 4 days a week is enough, you can't grow if you keep breaking yourself down. Patience.

With everything spot on and if this is your first cycle then 15-18lbs is possible, but everyone is different. All of that weight won't be LBM though. Good luck.

Probly just a slow responder. It took me over 600mg and 6 weeks for mine to kick in. I was feeling a little but to really kick... I just have always had a high tolerance to all PH/DS/AAS. I always have to take the higher of dosing and it always kicks in later than everyone else. Everyone is different.
 
It still sunrises me how guys can vary so much in response time and response dose. I guy I know that has been natural to 28 recently started a cycle of 500 mg equipoise and 300 mg test. He's in week 6 and is just starting to get pumps and hyper recovery. Now this guy is 180 at 5'7" with no more than7% BF natural and squats and deads in mid 500s and benched 375 all natural. Kid looks like he could be a top National competitor if he put on 50 lbs. I thought he would respond like crazy on almost anything given his God given genetics. I'm just shocked that he hasn't put on 15 lbs by now.

Yeah bro, even with gear you can over train. I think instead of working out more you need to work out less but more intensely. My second cycle I eat 1000-1500 calories less a day and I gained weight as fast as the first time. I started working out 2 days on, 1 day off. Much better workouts and results. I follow the Dorian Yates layout for workout. I used to do Arnold's and it's a lot harder to grow working out 6 times a week. If you are addicted to working out like I am, you can always leave abs and cardio for the days "off".
 
I have put on 6 lbs but not lean muscle plus I have had some strength increase so there is some response. If I don't get any pump or hyper-recovery by week 7 I am going to up the dose to 700ml a week. Right now my body is exhausted and I am taking a couple days off.
I am addicted to training so I am going to take the advice and do cardio and abs on other days so I don't train more than 4 days a week. My elbows will appreciate the reduced training days I think.

Just watched some of D. Yates stuff and looked at his work out and compared to what he says I am way over training.
