Am I expecting too much?
My first cycle so I am trying to make sure I have a realistic expectation of what to expect.
My cycle is
500ml of Test E for 10 weeks
12.5mg AI (aromasin) of ED was doing EOD but noticed some sensitivity and bloating and panicked lol so I upped it.
I am currently in week 4 (done 7 pins at 250ml) I have had 1 or 2 days where my heart rate raced and have had a little strength bump haven???t noticed much else. Due to the amount I have been eating my BF% has shot up so I am cutting all breads and pasta out of my diet until it comes back down.
I haven???t had any muscle growth and was trying to work out 6-7 days a week figuring that the gear would up the ability of my muscles rebuilding after a workout but have had to back off due to over working them. What I was really expecting was more of a Superman effect in that my muscles would not break down as fast. I have heard of people being able to do 2 a day workouts on gear and I am back to 3 days on 1 off or my muscles get too tired.
I have had zero size gain as of yet, other than about 9lbs of bf due to the calorie increase.
I maybe way of base but thought I would ask the experts.
