Am I overtraining ( even on steroids)

My cycle

dmz 2.0
I'm goin to run a 4 week cycle of 40 mg per week

I also got advanced cycle support and ultra male x from ironmag store

week 1-8 ill do 2 caps of acs a day a
week 5-8 il do nolva 40/40/20/20 and 1 cap of ultra male x a day

4k cals and 210 gs of protein a day
6'1 212lbs

my split
monday: flat bench(4x4), incline bench(3x10), shoulder press (4x5),tricep (3x10), tbar rows (4x5), seated cable rows(3x10), rear delt flies(3x10), bicep(3x10)
tuesday: deadlifts (4x4),squats (3x8), hamstring curls (3x12), barbell lunges, , calf raises (4x15), reverse hyper extensions (3x12)
thursday: seated cable rows (4x5), tbar rows(3x10), rear delt flies (3x10, biceps (3x10), incline bench (4x5), flat bench (3x8), shoulder press (3x10) triceps (3x10)
friday: squats (4x4), rack pulls (4x4), barbell lunges, roman deadlifts (3x12), , calf raises (4x15),

should it be like this
I usually don't do these many exercises. I figured since I'm on steroids and upping my intake of cals I could do more exercises and sets. Should I knock off isolating my triceps or do bench/incline one day and bench/shoulder press the next. So say one day do bench 4x4/incline 3x10/triceps 2x10 then bench 3x8/shoulder press 4x5/triceps 2x10? the next day

and i will probably do 2 push workouts then 2 pull work outs so on and son
 
maybe this would be better

monday: flat bench(4x4) shoulder press (3x10), tbar rows (4x5), seated cable rows( or low rows instead)(3x10), dips (3x10) rear delt flies(3x10), bicep(3x10)
tuesday: deadlifts (4x4),squats (3x8), hamstring curls (3x12), barbell lunges, , calf raises (3x15), reverse hyper extensions (3x12)
thursday: seated cable rows ( or low rows instead) (4x5), tbar rows(3x10), incline bench(4x5) flat bench (3x8) rear delt flies (3x10), biceps) (2-3x10), close grip bench (3x10)
friday: squats (4x4), rack pulls (3x8), barbell lunges, roman deadlifts (3x12), , calf raises (3x15)
 
Do u get good gains off this program? seems like a warm up to me lol. I like giant sets and lots of volume, drop sets etc.
 
I do one body part per week. 16ish sets each
 
my personal opinion is that it is detrimental to train two push days in a row... gear or no gear... why do bench/incline one day, then do bench/shoulder press the next day.... if you are moving any kind of weight, you are begging for an injury. If you are training light, then it doesn't matter (but you won't grow)... Same with your two pull workouts in a row.

Bad plan - Just my two cents.
 
with 2 push and 2 pull days back to back, im going to take a stab in the dark and assume you should prolly focus on how to properly train before you jump into prohormones and aas

I have upper and lower body days granted yes dead lifts do hit the upper pull muscles. upper body days are monday/thursday and lowerbody is tuesday/friday. Not sure what you mean by doing bench/incline and bench shoulder back to back. ( when i said 2 push 2 pull i meant for the upper body 2 push exercises then 2 pull exercises not workout days)

I haven't used this split in a while but when I did it, theu pper body didn't have that many exercises, for my current stats I can Bench 1 RM 315, Squat 1 RM 500, Deadlift 1 RM 500.

if you could stick to 3 days/week training would be best

3 days a week isn't enough even off gear IMO, 4 off, 5x on for me
