Im 14 years old but im pretty mature for my age, alot of people say i look about 16 or 15 but ive heard places that training/doing weights when your young isnt good for you? Am i at a ok age to be doing weights etc?
Im not doing anything extreme, just trying to get hardrr/fletter abbs and lifting arm weights. I do about three set's of 50 crunches and 100 arm weights (not shure what its really ment to be called) a day. The arm weights are 6.5kg each.
