Okay, I'm changing gears and need your help. I've always trained for size and do very little cardio. I'm going off to Basic Training this fall, and want to be ready. Odds are that some of you have been there, and can help me devise a new training plan.
Curent schedule:
Tue Shoulders/Chest/tris/ Light Abs & Calves
Thurs Upper Back & Lats/Bis/ Heavy Abs & Calves
Sat Lower Back/Upper legs/Abs
All are high weight/ low reps (except for warm-up sets, of course)
