anavar dosage

Whats your opinion on anavar dosage. I have 50mg tabs. So I'm looking at 50mg or 100 mg a day dose as my options. May cut in half for 25mg am, 25mg pm. But hearing 100 mg is ok, safe, and very effective. 4th cycle for me, also doing test/primo. Don't want to overdo it, but don't want to under do it either. Please chime in your experience with it.
