Anavar! Need help

Ill try to make this short:

I'm a 24 year old female
I currently weigh 141- but I'm pretty lean, I'd like to think.
I work out 5-6 days a week- heavy lifting 5 days, 1-2 miles outside 3 days

On day 16 of my first cycle of VAR, I have 50mg tabs, but cut them in half and take 25mgs every morning @ 8am. I don't work out until 5:30pm.

In the past 16 days, I've gained 5 lbs but I'm not so worried about the number on the scale.

I noticed that I cramp easily while I'm working out.. I expected to be stronger but I can't do as many push-ups as I could before?! (Only 2-4 less, but I FEEL it more)

My diet is decent. Typical day would include:

Coffee in the morning, milk & equal
1/2 cup oatmeal
Vitamins

Apple w/ peanut butter

3oz chicken
1/2c (uncooked) rice
1c veggies

Yogurt

3oz chicken
5oz sweet potato
1c veggies

& a protein shake after my workout.

& usually I wake up in the middle of the night hungry!! So I'll eat fruit & peanut butter or oatmeal.

Am I not eating enough/eating too much?

Is my dosage ok? Should I up/lower it?

Does anavar get "canceled" out when you take other meds? For example, some oral birth control pills become ineffective if a female is on antibiotics?
 
Is this your first var cycle? From the research i have done 25mg is a bit much. My wife just started her var cycle about a week ago and i only let her take 10mg a day. From what i read that was a good starting point. I will up her dose to 20mg a day depending on how she responds. You could try taking some taurine for the muscle pumps. Good luck
 
I'm doing my first cycle as well. Started at 10mg and am upping it to 20mg split tomorrow which is day 14. I take 300mg of magnesium and potassium and 3000mg of taurine a day and that seems to help my back pumps. Any lower on any of them and I'm struggling. I felt a lot stronger on my upper body day but my legs day was rough. Keep taking your birth control. You may lose your period at 20mg or higher a dose. My source told me to ramp up to 30mg and see how my body responds.

I haven't seen any increase in acne and no voice changes. I'm also taking B5 just in case for the acne. Sides I am having are back pumps here and there and my libido is through the roof.

More water for sure and possibly a potassium supplement will help. Is the lower reps due to a pump or lack of strength?
