Hi all! Im currently trying to stack a whole load of muscle on me, Im 202 pounds, 5??????8, but not fat. But, I d have a bit of a spare tyre and love handles which I am dying to get rid of. I understand that when trying to bulk I am going t gain some bodyfat, but is there a way to keep it down to look lean while bulking? Its annoying because I cant wear muscle tops because It looks a bit dodgy with the podgy belly! Also, I am consuming 3,725 calories, 383g of protein, 312, of carbs and 62 of fat. Is this t much calories? Any ideas would be most helpful! By the way, are bench dips a good exercise for the triceps? Im trying to really build the triceps, been as though they make most of the arm! Thanks again!
