I am 24 years old.....5'9" and 120lbs. Would like to put on some pounds and look toned. I have a source for Deca (not sure what kind). Could I accomplish my goals strictly with Deca? If so, could you suggest a cycle please.

I see dosages are per week; does that mean split up daily, taken each Monday, what? Where would you suggest I inject since I'm so thin and not eager to experience pain.

Most importantly, will an all Deca cycle make me break out?

Thank You

how long have you been lifting weights ? currently how many calories are you eating daily ?

I've been lifting weights since October....haven't really kept track of calories but I have been able to maintain my weight of 120lbs by eating a shitload more than I used to.....but it is anything within reach, not healthy calories.

You need to know your maintenance, thats where it all starts. Without a solid diet gear is crap, and deca is crap anyway :)

Like these other fine gents have said...get your diet in line first. Deca(especially) sucks when diet is weak.

5'9'' 120lbs? you really need to learn your body and how to eat. I have not weighed that much since I was like 12 years old..not to flame but you should be able to put on some more size without the use of drugs. Get some good supplements and a lot of quality food. I seriously doubt your even close to your genetic potential yet.

I wouldn't date a woman that light, I have a hard time picturing a male any lighter than that. I knew a couple japanese 6 footers who were 113-118 or so (they said they never broke 120), they really did look like war camp victims.

lol, mudge I was gonna say damn 5'9'' 120lbs? add 5-10lbs and thats just how I like my women. lol...but hey I didn't want to be mean or crush his dreams of breaking the 200lb barrier

Dont intend to be mean either, just realistic. If the person was lighter than this they didn't eat very far, I dont believe its possible to be much lighter without being a wreck.

FOOD is your master, count your calories and study diet manipulation because you need it.

2 things:

#1 - you need to get more experience lifting. 8 months is hardly enough time before one starts to use gear

#2 - you need to learn how to eat healthy. you need to start couting calories so you "know" exactly how much you are eating. you will be able to gain a lot of weight naturally once you learn how to do this. because if you can't gain weight naturally you won't be able to "keep" the weight that you may gain from gear

So basically to understand,,, one should use the gear only when you think you cannot grow anymore 'naturally'?

IMO...if you don't possess the knowledge to grow with out gear you will not "keep" the gains from using gear...

Personally I trained for 20 years before I stuck a needle in my ass. At 6'0 I was able to get up to 260 lbs naturally at a low bf before I started using gear...

Well unfortunately I really don't have much choice in starting to take gear now. I'm HIV+ and its recommended to increase lean muscle mass to maintain your count in good measure. Also, as many may know, insurance companies SUCK so I cannot yet go to a specialist to get proper treatment and recommendations and prescriptions for gear. I have a source for the gear and I thought someone here would be so kind to help me out.

What would you recommend for a guy like myself to gain lean body mass. What kind of gear? Turns out my source can get more than just Deca and says Wynstrol is the best out there. I'd like not to take a half dozen kinds though because I need it to be affordable to some extent.

Please, I hope this will change your minds and you decide to help me.

Thank You

To my knowlege HIV patients take Deca, and HGH. The HGH is super expensive so until you get the state, or some insurance company to pay for it you probably can't swing that. I wouldn't take deca all by itself either. I would atleast use a low dose of test with it to avoid having erection issues. Then again if you are really HIV+ then you shouldn't be sleeping with anyone anyways unless your telling them about your disease. You get the point. Even if your taking gear for your disease it won't do much without food. You can't take steroids forever either so when you come off you will just lose it all if you don't know how to eat right. Food makes you grow, and food helps you retain what you gain from being "on". Oh and Winstrol is not going to help you much to gain much lean mass. Winny is to harden the muscles you have. I am sure you could probably gain something with it, but not really made to gain size.

Now we are looking at a whole new ballgame obviously. If you have a wasting disease then yes likely you are going to be juicing via your doctor.

hGH and anadrol are really the only two biggies that I'm aware of but I would not be supprised to hear of HRT levels of testosterone either.

They will likely try to give you enough to somewhat "normalize" you without adversely affecting your other areas of health.

Winstrol wont put on lots of weight. Deca is good on HIGH CALORIE DIETS only, I really dont notice anything from it save for fixing my joint pains from accutane.

Well, because of insurance policies I cannot seek treatment just yet. I can't let any doctor of my situation and all treatment centers require a real name so they can continue getting funding. Going to a Doctor is not an option that I have.

What would you suggest I do/take? And HGH is probably not an option because I'd have to sell my soul to afford it.

Thank You

Yes hGH is $$$ especially if you buy it legally, the best legal prescription price I've seen is $8 an iu, kexing is probably under $2 an iu. So really you would be able to get buy on $240-$480 a month. I'm not sure what consultation prices are.

I hope that going to a doctor in the future is an option because your quality of life could be greatly diminished without proper treatment.

Anadrol is the prescription drug being used right now for hardcore anemic patients, but you will have to monitor your blood while on it. Probably every 3 months is good, I might start with 50mg a day split into two doses to see how you do on it in terms of liver health. If it hits you too hard you wont be able to use it year round.

You will also have to watch your cholesterol and blood pressure, kidneys would be a good one as well.

Plain old testosterone is a classic, but I do not know how effective it is at RBC count versus anadrol. There are also natural alternatives for this, but again I have not seen real comparisons. In your later stages I would imagine that only the prescription drugs will get the job done.

If you care about your testicles that is another issue that has to be covered. Estrogen levels will also play a role in your cholesterol readings, so really again, watching the blood is pretty essential for truly remaining healthy while cycling.

sorry to hear about your diagnosis...personally I don't know how to use AAS for a wasting condition. see what I can dig up

Dianabol was used before anadrol for low RBC count, but hasn't been prescription in the US for around 15 years or so. It is however a lot cheaper, but you have to take it more often through the day.

Holy shit. That's pretty damn big at 6' with low fat. Do you remember what your lifts were at that weight?

Benching 5s and squatting 7s IIRC, he had a nice shot here some time ago when he was about 10% bodyfat and 19" arms.
