Hey guys Im thinking about starting out on a cycle and wondering again what I should be taking.....Money isnt really an object and safety is key as well

Anyways my stats are ::

21 (turning 22 this year)
180 pounds
5'7

Anyone know what a beginner cycle would be for myself also what supplements I should be taking with...(Right now I just take some creatine, protein shakes, fish oil, multivitamin and eating right) ? Also I am thinking about maybe starting in the next couple of months or even longer I dont want to jump into it right away.....should I start cycling when I have hit my "peak" working out and cant get any more gains regularly? Or should I take them as I try to build muscle now that I'm 180 lbs. Right now in working out I am done bulking but I have only started working out hardcore for the last 2 months. I am afraid at the diet and way I am working out I am going to be about 160 in 2 months with more lean muscle.....Should I start a cycle after I have cut from this phase when I am about 160 pounds and my gains have slowed down or should I keep bulking right now and increase my gains...and when I am ready to cut start my cycle?.....I'm not sure if it would be better to start a cycle when I have a little more meat on me or when I am more fit/cut at 160 pounds...

Any advice or questions is appreciated try to answer all my questions in here if possible thanks.

What is your bf%?If you are 180 @10%bf that is a good look at 5'7".If you are over 14% @180 I would lean out more. What is your diet like?AND what is your training like?high rep or low reps.

Don't know my exact body fat but I am not under 10%. I'm not solid muscle I do have some fat around the belly but not much at all by any means. I do definitely plan to lean out more hence why I'm asking if I should cycle now or later..

Diet is good..I don't bother counting carbs I just have a strict diet same thing everyday. Protein shake/oatmeal in the mourning ...chicken/brown rice...almonds..more protein shake etc.. not gunan type out my whole meal but its fairly good I would eat more carbs/meat if I was to bulk I just kinda make a chicken breast everyday and maybe have some chicken or tuna from a can. Lots of water etc...

Workouts mostly lower reps higher weights....reps around 6 currently.

if you want to take cycle do some good newbie cycle with testosterone cypionate and boldabolic, get asia pharma or some other good human brands!

tru..good pct:

first day 300mg clomids..then next 10 days 200mg a day and then next 10 days 100mg

get good quality human tabs 50mg clomids( clomiphene citrate)

I personally would try the "hardcore" lifting for at LEAST a year, along with a good bulk diet bringing you closer to a peak, then try the gear if that's what you want to do. You're still young

I couldn't agree more. Why spend the money and take the risk when your body will give you plenty of returns just from starting out right?

Yes, but how would one know if they are at their "peak"?
I am only 21 but i have been working out on and off for the last 6 years and I'm still pretty small compared to some.

The stage at which you can gain no more muscle naturally, i.e. without using steriods/ph's

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones

Then you're not eating properly - ie enough.

Hmm… that may be overstating it a hair, although I agree in principal.

My feeling is that many start before this point, but are still ready because they have gotten to the point where they know how to train and eat to effect the biggest gains. Once you know how far you can push yourself, you're set up to experiment with stuff that lets you push back the boundaries a bit. Until then, you don't even know where they are.

Yeah I agree with everyone on the typical newbie cycle, test and dura or EQ. and then sum good knowledge on pct to keep what you worked for.....I personally wouldnt do a cutting cycle until I was 240-250lbs at 20%. I dont even remember what 180 looks like. Eat good and lift til you puke for the next year or two.

If you work the Fuk out of your abs they will show and make you look leaner than you really are. Grow the muscle BIG so it will show through the fat.:hmmm:

I agree completely. I just find it best to take things like this to the limit with newbs (ie when you hit you absolute peak, as opposed to what you stated above) and when they know enough themselves they will realise that they can use AAS before this stage.

i would bulk at your height and weight, im slightly taller than you and at 180 i look small unless im shredded. Bulk up to like 220 or so with 12-13%bf then cut down to 200 and ull be loven it.

No need to start cycling if your still making gains without gear. You say youve only been working out hardcore for 2 months, you need to be working out hardcore consistantly for a few years before you consider a cycle that way your gains will be much better, in meantime do research on steroids for when the time comes.

that is just ridiculus if your serious. Why doesnt he take a load of HGH aswell to really extend his gut make it BIG, who cares how big the waist gets or how fat you get just get BIG. Ive never understood this bulking business, there is no need to get over 10% BF to put on muscle. All you need is a few calories over mantainance anything extra is gona be fat. No point.

ok let em guess your about 175lbs right? so you wouldnt know about bulking would you? you need calories to get big dippy, lots of them! Not some "mantainance"(whatever the fuk that means). And obviously the dude who started this thread wants to bulk,be big and still have sum abs(he's obviously worried about cutting)! And since you think you know everything you read out of magizines, news flash, it takes years to have a huge waist line and abs from HGH and insulin! YEARS!!!!!! try pondering that for a bit, ok.:hmmm:

Ive read other posts by shadowcam, and he seems pretty knowledgeable. And there really is no need to go above about 15% while bulking as too many of the calories start to partition toward fat, not muscle.

While bulking you should eat about 500-600cals (or 20%) above maint. cals. Through training (ie lifting heavy shit) you try to partition as many of these calories as possible toward repairing and building new muscle tissue, and as little as possible toward fat storage. The leaner you are, the easier it is to partition calories toward muscle. Once you hit 15%bf, its time to lean down again.

The way I understand it, steroids greatly enhance the bodys ability to partition calories toward muscle. Allowing for lean gains.

Your right, Im about 175lbs at 5'2 & 6% bf and won a few shows, of course you would be the type of guy that compares body weights and plays the "my dicks bigger than yours" game and I bet you abuse drugs, never come off and walk around with your chest sticking out which is fine but when it comes to giving others advice who do care about their health and what they look like rather than just being big you got nothing to offer. As for your "news flash" yes it does take years to get a big waistline from HGH and insulin but why do it if thats going to be the end result. Ponder on that big guy.

Hey bro. you got me all wrong!! thats nice you have won some shows! so have I. And yes I do recover from drugs(dont base it off what you read in my post). I am just coming back from a two year break and still have 19 inch arms and 30 inch legs. thats all natural! I havent even took one shot in over 2 years.

Another thing is you come along telling people how stupid of a thing they said when you have never even walked a day in their shoes or met them or even emailed them to try and figure out wat kind of person they are. Your comment was very rude and disrespectful. I know and work out with many amatuer and pro BB, so when I say you have big enough abs(dense and muscular abs, not slin abs) to still have a defined mid sec with a little fat means exactly that, and all pros look that way in offseason they dont walk around at 6% BF all year long. And how was telling someone to work hard on their mid section "telling them to be "unhealthy"?

And I apologize to djk80 for getting off subject.

Your right, I only know you from what you have posted. This forum is about sharing knowledge, passing on experience and helping others stay safe and make the right decisions towards achieving their goals. The reason you hit a nerve with me is because you have given very bad advice not just in this thread telling young guys to juice up even when they have know knowledge of not only steroids but training and nutrition aswell. You admitted taking gear for years without breaks, taking orals for long periods and no care in drying at a early age which to me is "unhealthy". We all make mistakes, I have made many but thats know reason other less experienced guys have to make the same ones, thats what these forums are about. Please take care when offering others advice. Peace.

your right I did tell a 19 year old to juice if he wanted. But I also said that he needed to read extensively and know what he's doing before he did juice. And if anyone knew the right thing to do in that sittuation, it would be to start at age 23 and make sure one comes to full growth potential b4 begining a cycle.

And there is a reason to my madness. The only thing I constantly hear from every person when a new guy ask any question is "what are you stupid? your to young, and you dont know what your doing." (not knocking anyones advise) Well I geuss I have to be the guy that gives the young dude a little positive thought about the whole situation cause the dude is gonna juice anyway if he really wants too. And its better(imo) for our young athletes to feel they have sum gear headz that will give them some constructive advice instead of no,no,no and then they say "fuk this site i'm out" cause nobody wants to help them with what their going to do anyway........and Peace to you shadowcam, were cool!!!
