My right arm, biceps, triceps and shoulder is slightly larger then my left arm. I can deffently tell in the mirror or flexing, what can I do to correct this? Only train left arm w/ dumbells?

Just keep training, they will probably even out over time. If you look at some of the pro, you'll notice that there are some with the same problem.
If anything, use DB so your strong side isn't compensating for your weak side.

My arms are different by about 3/8", I dont' care much about it at this point, close enough :)

Its pretty common to have some disparity.

no one is perfectly symmetrical (except TCD he's awesome!)

Awesome, yes.

Symmetrical, no way.

No way, Hosé.

I agree with Scotty. If you are relatively new to training don't worry, they will even out. If you have been doing this for some time focus on dumbell rather than barbell exercises so that one side doesn't do most of the work.
