I have a horrible habit of not eating if there's no readily available food, even worse if there's just no food 
As such, I've had a hard time consistently hitting my target of 2500 calories/day, resulting in little to no gains of muscle.
Aside from canned tuna which I already eat an enormous crapload of, do you guys have any suggestions for ways I can essentially "snack" on complete proteins and good carbs? I snack on almonds for healthy fats, so something similar for protein and carbs would be awesome
