Ok who came up with this? I see Prince and others using it and I use it almost daily now. That or some version..."any fool can make another fool(fill in the blank) I'm going to be repeating it alot and I want to give proper credit. I think this is a very important concept for people to get through their thick ass skulls!

Yea, isn't that the truth. Many of the trainers and trainees think that all it takes for an hour of good training is to bust some ass, sweat a bucket or two, then go straight home and more than likely not eat a damn thing because the fat burning mechanism will continue working if you can fast for a minimum of a couple hours, or longer

Makes me want to sign up with NASM, get the course material shipped to the house and through the internet, and continue to learn here and as well study the NASM material, take and hopefully pass my certification test, then educate and improve the well being of the baby boom generation
