Mega mass is basically a shake with 3000 calories+ depending on what you buy. Like I said in one of my earlier posts, I am putting together a better diet now, I think i understand protein, but since calories are not all the same, i need to figure out what good positive foods have what calories. I dont even know what a macro is. Saturated fat is bad, I read the 10 things you must know to gain mass.... and picked up a few things. I guess its the whole "diet" thing I am having trouble with. Is there a list of acceptable foods somewhere??...
