I used wordpress, though it only takes me about 1-2 days to get used to its environment. You can easily learn it by posting at least 1 article then take your time exploring it.

I've been thinking of getting into blogging, maybe to post some of my more surreal daydreams and then look for pictures to match up to them each day...might be a good creativity boosting exercise....

If you can work a message board, you can work word press.

It makes an otherwise complicated system, a relatively easy one.

as far as posting articles its very easy, however the install, set-up and customization I did to get it looking that way was not that easy.

I want to learn the installation process as well, I am applying for an internship that needs me to know Wordpress and Photoshop, I have Photoshop down good enough I just need to learn Wordpress, I usually pic up on computer related programs and what not easily...

yeah, it's pretty easy to install, but I have 14 years of IT experience so I don't know how easy it is for the average person.

I suggest you to use Free Co.TV domain names. Free Set Up: URL forwarding, DNS set up, Zone records or Free Sitebuilder. Though, I also have to warn you it's a little more complicated to learn. Though I still suggest blog hosts.[/FONT]

Im going to try out both, again mainly just to learn, not because I have anything to blog about in particular, I dont know the extent of knowledge I might need for the internship so it is best that I go all out and learn possibly too much than not learn enough.
