-Tribulus
-ZMA
-Ribose
-Taurine

I'd like to get personal opinions on any of these.. anyone care to comment?

ZMA is a waste of money. If anyone tries to convince you it raises test levels they are misinformed or lying. It may, however, help you sleep. Taurine is a useful pre workout energy supplement when stacked with creatine etc. Tribulus may increase your libido but no respected human studies has proven it's effect on increasing testosterone or LH.

Yeah I would just want Taurine for some extra energy... maybe to wake up a little easier in the mornings next semester. ZMA for sleep would help too... maybe help recovery because of better sleep?

Why do people take Trib? No one has had noticeable improvements?

For sleep Valarian root and melatonin have much better clinical studies to support them.

I have taken tribulus before. ONLY thing I noticed was that I would get pounding headaches on some days (days when I didnt workout). It tends to raise your bloodpressure. Other results were debateable...taking too many other things at the same time to know what did what.

So it would be cool / good to mix my creatine with a can of RedBull before workouts?

Redbull contains small amounts of Taurine but you could experiment. I mix it CEE and citruline malate.

i have had good results using tribulus and 6oxo as a post cycle. this has allowed me to maintain my strength gains from a 1ad & 4ad cycle on the most part.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Zma

ZMA works for me and everyone that I know who takes it. Take it on an empty stomach before you go to bed. You can even make your own...it's just zinc (30mg), magnesium (450mg), and B6 (10mg to 15mg). I buy my vitamins at Walgreens when they have them for buy one get one free. It's a very inexpesive supplement that works well.

Just try them and see how they work for you.

I take tribulus every day and have done so for the last year. I swear by it. My blood pressure is normal and my testosterone levels are a little above what a regular 41 year olds would normally be. Had blood work done not to long ago. Tribulus is more effective for the older crowd.

Every supplement on the market will work differently for each individual. Try it to see how they work for you.

You dont need supplements at your age. Just make sure your diet is good and your getting all your vitamins/minerals/iron. Your test levels should be going through the roof at 17 tbh. When your about 21 then maybe consider supplements/prohormones depending on how your body has developed.

Well, I feel balance is an important part of credibility ;) I noticed a similar trick on the 'ology for certain key words.

Ribose is a five-carbon sugar some nutrionists like to suggest for use over Creatine. I still prefer Creatine, though I have some clients who do like Ribose.
