I have problems with my back, neck hips and shoulders do you think they can help me get back into training?

what is wrong with your back, neck and hips? They might be able to help you.

I went to a pysio for eight weeks due to back problems and it has done me the world of good, my problems were muscler and the pysio did the job, it depends what your problems are ??

Well my back gets pain when i deadlift and squat, and the next day from bent over rows. I know it cant be good.
My hips are sore from every day activities but not from exercises.
My neck i got diagnosed from a chiropractor after an x ray, he said i had a stage 1 subluxation. And problems with my levator scapule.
Problem is to see a chiro costs a lot of money, do i went to the doctor and got a referal, that means i dont have to pay any money to see the pysio, which would cost me a fortune.

what are you bumping for? What other question do you have? Everyone seems to think the pyisotherapist will do you some good.

Is this the same as a physical therapist? If so just do it.

I wanted to hear more opinions to see how many people had success from it.
Im doing it anyway.

Chiros here can be as little as $20 a session with NO insurance, thats not expensive. If its worse there though I'd think a couple sessions still can't be that outlandish.

What is your style of bent over rows? How is your deadlift form? If form is not the issue I dont see a reason for problems unless you have disc issues (bulging etc).
