this is just going to be used post workout.. i eat regular food all other times. the whey i think is bloating me out a little bit so i figured i'd give this a try and cut all dairy
 
I swear I just read about this protein on another forum. Pretty good discussion about it as well.
 
Just get isolate if you are having bloating issues, it tends to stop that. Also, how cheap a protein are you using to cause that? Pure whey and I don't get along that well, concentrate, casein, milk protein isolate and egg are all good though. Isolate just never tastes that great though these I have used and are good. That one is excellent and there are some great flavors. Just my 2 cents.
 
i usually get ON - Gold Whey. I've used it forever but it looks like my stomach is pushed out all the time.

i just checked out true nutrition's page and you can custom make your own protein powder thats dope! is that what you did?

I just picked up the DC mix.. but I played around with the customized page for a while. I will do it.. but I didn't have the time to sort through all the options at that time.. and I was completely out of Shakes.. lol. Just had to get my fix and run.
 
Just tried the chocolate carnivor. I'm out of town and didn't pack very well. Not a fan of the chocolate. It pretty much tastes like ass. Lol

Imma gonna stick with IML vanilla. Tastes freaking great!!!

I do have a personal Gym. posted in my journal. This is the fitness center at my apartment. I leave my bench and a couple of attachments there and a couple of plates. I lug the bowflex 10-90's and the stand over when I work out. I get to Farmers walk to and from the fitness center about 125 feet each way. My gym is at me soon to be Ex's house. I will be taking that to my new house when I close on it.
 
thanks for the advice guys, IML does look good for protein and i've always wanted to try it. i may try to customize my own blend tho on true nutrition if i can figure out what to put in the blend lol. looks complicated
 
I have seen that protein in ads about it. I still hold by Myofusion and Combat to be the best tasting and very effective protein. I order at least one a month and Orbit has them for a great deal.
