Im trying it i started today you workout 2 times a day
Example: Chest in the AM heavy
Chest in the PM light like 20-30 reps but this is more of a cardio workout and then abs this is done m-f
M chest abs
T Back abs
W Shoulders abs
T Arms abs
F Legs abs
