i used to do the same thing, actually i basically set it up just like you do. i guess i got lazy and just started to write them with a pen in a spiral bound note book, i think the real reason i stopped is because i frequently make up new routines..practically every week. but keep up the tracking like you have been its a good habbit to get into.Pizzer said:im using good ol' Microsoft Excel... ive already tracked 20 weeks worth using this spreadsheet i put together.
