What is the best type of apple to eat, nutrition wise?

I've been eating a lot lately so i'm curious. Right now I am eating mostly granny smith's.

Nutrition wise they are all pretty much teh same, but taste wise i like Gala and Fuji apples.

Actually, green apples are suppose to be the best so you are just fine with the ones you are eating.

Usually with fruits or veggies the brighter the colour the more vitamins inside... so i usually just grab whatever has the most vibrant colour.

Granny Smith's are my favorite. Actually, some red apples such as red delicious upset my stomach.

I eat whatever apples are in the house, they are usual English Coxs or Washington Red, my Mum doesn't 'do' French Apples. (shakes head) dunno why?
