I've only been lifting for a year now and wanted to see if i need to work on certain lifts bw 140 17 yrs , bench 230 squat 405 (all the way down) dead 430 power clean 235 chin 140 mil press 140; are these any good? Sorry I'm new

I just thought it would be helpful to know if I needed to improve on a lift compared to my others. Just curious. I'm sincerely sorry if this is taboo on this forum.![]()
Sage advice. The older I get the more I come to realize this is a competition with myself.If you are making progress then you're on the right track, if gains in strength slow down or stop then you'll need to consider putting on some lbs.Does it matter? Why compare yourself to other people? If you're lifting more than you did before, thats whats important. Unless you're actively competing in a strength sport it's not important what other people do.
