Okay so theres about half an inch difference in the sizes of my left and right bicep, can this be improved or is it just genetics? At my biggest my arms were 19.75 for right and 19.25 for left. Noone seems to notice but it bugs the crap out of me, I know I'm not the only one with this problem, so anybody know any training tricks?

My Right arm is 1/4 inch bigger than the left. Most of the time your dominate arm will be a bit bigger. Whats funny is I am just as strong with my left arm.

Same here bro im actually a lefty but my right arm is about 1/2 inch bigger.

LHJO versus RHJO

switch it up

When doing arm workouts start with the left arm and use that as the standard for the lift. Your right arm may be stronger and you can do more reps with it but focus on bring the left arm up. If you are curling 50lbs dumbbells and you can curl it 10 times with the left only curl it 10 times with the right.

Are you right handed? Try to do more thing with you left, any kind of random shit that involves strength at all. Like when you go to pick up a 45lbs weight of the weight tree use the left hand instead of the right, there are a lot of little things that no one notices that can contribute to asymmetry.

Ive never met anyone with asymmetrical arms. Always at least a 1/4" diffrence, most of the time more. Tons of things to try but probably wont make that much of a diffrence.

Arm balance is something pretty much everybody fights. Try more uni-lateral work with dumbbells and machines so that each side gets worked on its own. If you train arms on their own day, you can also try throwing in a few sets later in the week for the smaller side to give it some more stimulation. This doesn't have to be a heavy work of the weaker arm, but enough to get a pump in it and stretch out the fascia to try and spark some new growth.

even pros have differences with arm size just something you have to deal with. no one will notice it anyways kinda like chicks who are self cautious about having one boob bigger than the other but when we look at them we just see boobs

Do not try and over compensate with one arm. Just keep training as you normally would and they will even out over time.

I had this problem it can easily be corrected. Just really focus on your form. EVERY SINGLE REP watch to make sure you are doing it to the max. Over time it fixes itself.

I agree with this. I have found myself that when I had done unilateral arm movements, I moved my left arm ever so slightly differently. Since then I have corrected the error, and I get much more even results with both arms.

Also, being in a bowling league, and my right arm seeing way more action than my left... I have accessory days where I will throw in left arm only work to at least try and balance out the bowling.
