I am 18, not done growing height wise, and a classic ecto. i always trained as such, then i trained with a friend who told me i was doing it all wrong, i started doing basically a full body routine every day 6 days a week, increasing intensity each time. I noticed great gains, and after a month and a half, needed to take a week off because my nerve in my elbow wasnt enjoying it. The gains came well, and i was wondering if anyone had any non-traditional ideas regarding what i can do to blow my arms up some more. My muscles obviously respond well to higher volume and heal faster, but i just have to take it a little easier on my nervous system. my primary goal as of now is to gain an inch on the ol arms.
possibly could i do 2-a-days and then off a day? ex: triceps morning biceps evening (and other parts of body mixed in) then off a day, etc? or would it be more beneficial to take couple weeks off and then go at it again 6 days a week untill i notice discomfort again?
