Triceps:
1) Skull Crushers: 10, 2 x 8
2) Pressdowns: 2 x 10
3) Bench Dips: 2 x 15-20
Biceps:
1) Barbell Curls: 3 x 8
2) Preacher Curls: 4 x 5
