HI,

I have a problem. My bicept mucles are equally strong but my left one looks much less cut then my right bicept. I can do the same weight and same number of reps for each arm. I also find it difficult to flex my left arm fully? why is this happening and how can i fix it? thank you all

Cant flex it fully? Sounds like you need to do some practice posing or something to learn to controll your muscles.

work each arm independently more often instead of bb curls

What the hell is this??

Computers dont space binary. The decoded message however says

binary is not one of your strengths.

so, should i use more weight or higher reps on that arm?

I think this is mostly a coordination issue, try throwing darts right handed for a bit, and then switch to left handed, sure you can open a door with either hand, maybe even write illegibly with either hand, but something like throwing a few darts will clue you into how much you don't know about controlling your left arm.
