does anyone out there have arnolds encylopedia if so can you send me it in acrobat format please.thanks alot fellow lifties.cya around

I used to have the book, not in PDF. Passing it on would also be piracy :shhh:

just buy the damn thing... it can't be more than $10... sure beats reading it off a computer screen... and if you plan on printing it out it'd probably cost that much for the paper alone :P

no offense agree-unit but his book is several hundred pages it would take forever tp type all that s*&! up on a computer just buy the book if ya really want it. By the way, I wouldn't recommend trying any of his "training" workouts since you would have to be on drugs to train like he did!

Entertaining book to read but yeah its old school.

very old school it has a lot of pretty pictures though:thumb:

Yep, I had the been about 12 years ago :D

i still have it...though it's really of no use...maybe i'll use it for firewood:hehe:

I agree! Old school or new school, deadlifts and bench presses really have not changed all that much. :D

I love the old pictures of Arnold and Co. working out barefoot.

Kanun, I didn't see it before - but I see now that his last post could be taken as being a little ticked off? Anyhow either way, there is no need for that, nobody here was trying to piss anyone off :)

I kind of assumed that :D but I dont want you to think we are enemies here, the book is probably more reading about a legend than too much of a science thing. It could be usefull for workout stuff to some point too, but things like dumbell and barbell pullovers are more muscle builders where he says it could build the rib cage which to my knowlege is impossible, cartlidge fusion or not.

Hmm, reading it again I now also understood it in a completely different way.
I guess that's what happens when you don't punctuate. :)
