Well idk what ecto endo morph means but im skinny fat i don like. Is that 4 me or no.
Ectomorph, endomorph and mesomorph are somatotypes - which are broad "body types" - they are usually used to help describe things like your metabolism, bone structure, muscularity etc but they were originally developed by a man called William Sheldon and are MUCH more complex than this (they were formulated to try to like body form to temperament - but anywho...)
Ectomorphs are usually described as tall and lanky, with long lean muscle bellies. They also tend to be 'hard gainers' - requiring more calories and short intense workouts in order to build the thicker muscle fibres.
Endomorphs are at the other end of the scale - they are large, gain muscle easily but are often 'overly squidgy' as they also gain fat easily....
Mesomorphs are your 'sporty' physiques. Medium framed, they are muscular and strong (think most 200m sprinters). They gain muscle easily and usually do not carry a lot of excess fat around. Basically - the envy of the other two!
Anyway - most people are a complex mix of all three types.
As for you - you should not be doing intense cardio. If I were you I would focus on a GOOD, SOLID but CLEAN bulk - you are skinny... Full stop. I think the correct word would be skeletal... And the way you are carrying on you have to start to be concerned about eating disorders as you will not stop saying you need to 'lose weight' - at your height and weight... That is the last thing you need to do.
Gain muscle - As you do this the fat you have will proportionally take up LESS of you - and you will, therefore, become leaner.
