So apparently someone deleted my posts in the other thread, and locked it. So much for naps customers being able to speak freely.
Anyhoo..This is my latest interaction with Napsgear. Let me just say that I was not worried that I was being ripped off, until this latest development:

Please give it another 7-10 days as there was a hold up at a postal facility in Europe. This was not known by us until just recently but we have fixed the issues and boxs are moving again.

...wait what? Now THAT is what I call quality customer service! Does this mean im supposed to give it 7-10 days from now? or 7-10 days from the first time he told me to wait? or...is it 7-10 days from the next time he tells me?
