I just logged into my account again to check the status and noticed that there was no wire information. I resubmitted and got a email confirm which I hadn't received previously. So it looks like I fucked up submitting the first time around. I'm g2g now.

Glad it got fixed.

So apparently someone deleted my posts in the other thread, and locked it. So much for naps customers being able to speak freely.

Anyhoo..This is my latest interaction with Napsgear. Let me just say that I was not worried that I was being ripped off, until this latest development:

This was my ticket, submitted late last night.

Hello, may I please have the tracking number for package #******. It has been 15 days since it was shipped, and I am wanting to track its progress.

Please give it another 7-10 days as there was a hold up at a postal facility in Europe. This was not known by us until just recently but we have fixed the issues and boxs are moving again.

...wait what? Now THAT is what I call quality customer service! Does this mean im supposed to give it 7-10 days from now? or 7-10 days from the first time he told me to wait? or...is it 7-10 days from the next time he tells me?

Well, it's pretty obvious now that we have been getting copy-and-pasted reponses.. For what reason, I am uncertain.

Guess I better start getting the money together to pay everyone back lol.. what an unbelieveable nightmare..

And what do you guys want, a custom tailored answer to the same question that is being asked over and over?

God damned guys, I have the patience of a saint, but this is ridiculous. We have answered the question over and over. Packs were held up unknowingly by the local shipper, Naps found out about it, took care of the issue and packs are moving. There, there is the answer for the 1000th time. You asking the question a hundred different ways is not gonna change the answer.

I hate being this way, I really do. But no amount of bitching, pissing, moaning or complaining is gonna change the answer. Your stuff is on the way, it will arrive and we will all live another day.

This is exactly why we dont give out details in tickets cause newbs like you come running here and post it.

As for the rest of you pissed off that you got the same reply think of it this way. YOU ARE NOT THERE ONLY CUSTOMER and the more you write in the longer it will take you all to get your shit. Let us do our damn jobs and stop asking the same damn shit over and over. WE DO NOT HAVE A THAT WAS EASY BUTTON TO MAKE YOUR ILLEGAL PRODUCTS SHOW UP FASTER JUST CAUSE YOUR WRITING IN TO US.
