Eighteen rest home geriatric male residents participated in a wheelchair exercise training program (40 - 50 360 degree wheelchair rotations) 4 times/wk for 8 days and a Penis measurement study while also ingesting 27 grams a day of placebo (PL) or PrunaGrow (PG) 30 min prior to exercise.
Results
Significant change occurred with PG penis hard erectile length increases (PGedli) (PGedli = 10 inches), PG was significantly greater than PL (edli = 0.0000001). 1 rotation Wheelchair rolling strength for PG was significantly greater than PL
Conclusion
