Make sure when you close an opened bag, you seal it good. I had half eaten bag in my desk that I did not close very well. Some air got into the bag and now the jerky is hard as a rock, and I have to throw it out.

It's a sad, sad day.

:(

No kidding especially what they charge for the shit.

'Tis ain't cheap.

Oh no........dry your own. I'll post a recipe tomorrow

Dry your own!

That would be great dg806....jerky is awesome but so expensive...thanks in advance!

4 T Brown Sugar

3 T Bullseye BBQ Sauce

3/4 C Worcestershire Sauce

2 t Liquid Smoke

1/4 C Soy Sauce (use only good grade soy sauce ??? H.T. Trader or equal. If not substitute with another 1/4 C Worcestershire.)

Note: Many Soy Sauces are very salty. That is why this recipe calls for H.T. Trader. If you can't find this be careful with the soy sauce.

Sprinkle Chef Paul Prudhomme???s Magic Seasoning Blends ???MEAT MAGIC???

Mix meat, liquids and brown sugar together. Marinate 20 Minutes. Lightly pull meat between fingers to squeegee excess liquid. Place marinated meat on dehydrator, sprinkle with ???MEAT MAGIC???. Begin jerky process.

Eat at own pace or share with friend.

Frequently asked question: What kind of meat do I use?

Frequently answered question: Whatever. It seams the cheaper the better.
