I was wondering about the whole "dry roasted peanut" thing. I imagine they would be good for a bulking diet, but what about a maintainence diet? I'm actually trying to lean out my mid section, but keep or add size everywhere else. Would peanuts be a good choice? I also love trail mix.... not the kind with shreddies and pretzils, but the kind with mixed nuts and dried fruit pieces. Is that a good idea for my goals, or no?
