Just watched a film called Rise of the Foot Soldier, based on the true story of late 80s/ early 90s London gangster Carlton Leach. The film shows him eating baby food as a filler between meals when cycling. It amused me at the time, but the more I think about it it doesn't seem like a bad idea. Maybe I'm just tired lol. What's everyone else's input?

Um... What? I don't think that eating baby food is such a great idea.

I didn't think it was a "good idea", I just saw it in the film and decided to start a semi serious thread about it

" but the more I think about it it doesn't seem like a bad idea"

^ I was replying to that.

Looking at the nutritional values and speaking in a hypothetical sense. I do not intend to go on a binge of toddler milk.

I just looked at the nutritional facts of a bunch of Gerber baby foods...

It's all sugar...

Not worth the price for just sugar...

Eat a power bar or protein shake instead...

Back in the day - I heard that bodybuilders used to eat baby food between meals or in the gym as a quick bite. Not as a meal replacement. I really have no proof on this.

can i just say its a good film and theres 2 different versions! yeah i cant remember where iv heard this before i think my friend at the gym does it!!.. fuck it man just do it!! lol

In bigger faster stronger - the homeless guy at golds gym in his van they show baby food the he was or has eaten...
