Best of luck on recovery, ROID, whic seems to be happening.

Hey ROID, what's up with the pain level? I feel you 100% broski. I had the same only it went around my L hip, across my quad, down the front of my shin and into the big toe. I ended up losing control of my continence last year before my insurance company decided to stop denying coverage. It is likely a disc issue at L4/L5 or L5/S1. A way to tell is to trace the path of the nerve pain when it flares, and look at an anatomical chart of the nervous system. Take care of it though bro. If it becomes reoccurring and bothersome, get an MRI and find out what's really going on. Chronic back pain, or any chronic pain for that matter (like marriage), is a bitch to live with! Hope you're well homie...

The pain and symptoms like you are describing are nothing to screw around with.

If you don't go see a doc and get it diagnosed and treated you take the risk that it will get much worse.
If you wait hoping it will get better on it's own, by the time you do get around to seeing a doc the level of treatment required, expense for treating it and the recovery time could be much greater.

the lumbar spine is to low to be effecting the upper arm. it would have to be somewhere in the cervical or thoracic spine.

Leg sleds are funny.....if you get one with a deep seat and soft padding you can keep your hips and ass down...if not its lifting off and the low back pays the price..

Love is in the air ROID...
