Do things like
Deadlifts
Bent over rows
Pullups
Upright rows

Pretty much my whole back workout is free weight except for pulldowns and seated rows when I do them.
 
Except for the upright rows (which I thought was
more for the delts than the back), that's is pretty much the same back workout that I do.

You are correct, my slip they're for the side delts.
