what are some good barbell curls besides preacher curls and standing curls?

OH palms down thumbs on top (reverse curls)

Single arm incline DB (I like Dumbbells better) curls (different hand positions), My second fav. to ez bar curls.

would preacher curls, standing curls, and reverse curls be enough variation of excersizes for my biceps?

Thats what I do, Sorta,
I would do preacher curls with a an ez-bar
single arm Dumbbell curls palms up and facing each other
Then standing reverse curls
and your set.

I do what Spitfire does minus the standing reverse curls. I can barely eek out my DB curls after the EZ bar curls. My biceps burn out fast.

Best done on Bi' day, IMO

I've adopted 7 - 21's for variety. What are 7 - 21's ... you do 7 sets of reps starting from a resting position to a half rep position ... then immediately do 7 reps starting from the half rep position to a top finsih ... then do 7 full motion reps. I do this 3 times for a great pump.

Yeah those are good. Ive done them alittle higher reps though.
They sure burn :fire:

I like drag curls, concentration curls, and spider curls. Drag curls really hit the brach, but they hit the biceps pretty well too.
