Are beans good to eat? for bulking or cutting, iv heard it they have a lot of protein. Im talking like bean soup.
 
I believe they are good, but in moderation

Bump on this - I use legumes all the time. Kidney beans, lentils, black beans, great northern beans etc etc. They are all very good sources of low GI, high fibre carbs, with a good load of protein and lots of vitamins and minerals as well.

Better in what regard?

It depends on what you are looking for? More protein? More fibre? More vitamins/minerals? Lower GI?

There are many things that this could mean....
 
Oh, I'm sorry. I think they suppose to have more protein and/or better carbs than the red beans. By better carbs I mean low GI.
