Sometimes i don't understand why people go online and post (whine) about not knowing what to eat - when all the information is ALL OVER THE PLACE in this site.

yes it is for real..i know how many cals. and stuff i need but no food ..i am going to the store..i'm getting lots of tuna,turkey,chicken.fruit, and pizza j.k about pizza
