Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me. But I have been working out for about 3 months straight since my last one week break. I was on creatine for a while and made some gains, but mostly have been on plateau for most of my exercises. Anyways I got sick a couple of weeks ago and haven't touched the weights, and haven't eaten as much in response (no creatine intake either). Yet, I seem to be bigger than I have ever been before.
I have been on a one-body-part-a-week workout for about a year and made great gains. But I am wondering how often you guys take a break from working out, and how long the break is? Is it really beneficial in terms of gaining size? How are your strength gains over the break?
