Just wanted to share this with you guys. Throughout the past several years of training weather I was dieting, bulking whatever i never subtracted 1 or 2 nights a week of heavy partying which included a large amount of beer (other booze as well) being consumed. This June I decided to drop beer completly to see if it would improve my training and overall well being. Well its September now and I have never been this lean while having the strength and size i usually get from bulking phases that comes with its share of BF. Plus I dont miss the hangovers and dehidration at all. Now im not preaching or saying drinking is "bad" but from personal experience dropping pints is the best thing ive ever done for my training. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
